Dr. Sunitha is a Career Guidance and a Soft Skills Trainer. She has spent more than 20 years in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Training & development, Career Guidance, and Counselling.
Her passion for Human Research and Behavioral study has kept her busy in conducting courses matched to specific client needs. Her holistic knowledge, scientific methods and simple yet effective approach to training individuals have kept her clients and students coming back for more. Has been felicitated with an Honorary Doctorate in Youth Empowerment and Business Administration by the National Virtual University for Peace and Education. Holds a degree in PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) Degree and a BA in Economics.
She also has a professional Soft Skill certification and has advanced certification in MS Office and Multimedia. She is IRDA Certified and is also certified in short term computer course. She has been certified as a counselor from CompasNow Assessment Tool for assessment of career and behavioral skills and is also equipped with basic and advanced certification in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program). Sunitha has been selected in the panel of the expert committee in Central Staff Training and Research Institute under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, (Government of India).
